Mer-Ko's Material & Labor Warranty covers the costs associated with removal and replacement of material determined to be defective at the time of manufacture. In addition, by using only "Mer-Ko Currently Listed Applicators" our customers realize the advantages of using experienced, skilled installation teams well-versed in Mer-Ko's products and systems. Our strong applicator relationships are founded on a mutual commitment to excellence and good business discipline. The Mer-Ko Applicator Network installs our products with confidence knowing that they are supported by a solid manufacturer's warranty.

5-Year Warranty Extension*

Mer-Ko offers a 5-Year Warranty Extension program. This Extension program is made available to customers desiring additional, long-term protection. The program requires that the customer use only Mer-Ko products to complete the waterproofing/decking application, have the products installed only by Mer-Ko Currently Listed Applicators, adhere to Mer-Ko's care and maintenance procedures, and participate in regularly scheduled inspections to ensure complete system integrity.

Single Source Warranty (Wall and Deck)

The Wall to Deck Single Source warranty applies to all complete
Parex USA WaterMaster EIFS or Stucco wall assemblies used in conjunction with complete Mer-Ko waterproofing deck systems. The Single
Source warranty offers you the advantage of dealing with one manufacturer for water management, facade and waterproofing deck solutions. Single Source warranties for the project will be issued for the longest available standard warranty period associated with the individual systems used.
